The Portal magazine: April 2023

The April 2023 issue of The Portal magazine for the Ordinariate has been published. Along with the regular articles and contributors, this issue features an extended interview with Daniel Lally. Daniel is an Ordinariate seminarian at Allen Hall in Chelsea, and is one of those — along with three others at Allen Hall — whom we support with donations to the Ordinariate Clergy Training Fund. We try to follow the principles expressed in the Vatican II Instruction Musicam Sacram, singing what should be sung, using music which is worthy and within the Anglican patrimony — that body of work which stretches from before the Reformation, through the music and texts of the Church of England which are consonant with Catholic teaching and practice.
